How we think

A small team, a serious craft

eLearning She is an AI-augmented edtech consultancy based in the United Kingdom. We design, build and operate learning platforms for organisations that take learning seriously — from Fortune 500 enterprises to ambitious schools, professional bodies and challenger brands.

01

On invisibility

Learning technology should be invisible.

When it works, the learner thinks about what they're learning — not about the platform underneath.

02

On the boundary

Pedagogy stays with humans. Production goes to AI.

We don't outsource judgement, taste or care — we accelerate everything else.

03

On the team

A small senior team ships better learning than a big junior agency.

Every engagement is led by someone who has done it before.

04

On staying

Build it once, well — then stay to run it.

Accountability for what we deliver doesn't end at handover.

Why AI

AI is in the workflow, not on top of it

We've been working this way since 2024, before it was fashionable. Generative and analytical AI is woven through every stage of how we design, build and operate learning — not bolted on as a buzzword. The split below is the rule we don't break:

Machines handle

  • Drafting, storyboarding and first-pass scripting
  • Voice-over, illustrations and translation at content speed
  • Accessibility scans, link validation, broken-content detection
  • Data migration between platforms with audit trails
  • Anomaly detection in completion and engagement signals
  • Tier-one support drafts and ticket triage

Humans hold

  • Pedagogy and what good learning actually looks like
  • Taste, tone of voice and the unwritten rules of a brand
  • Judgement on what's worth shipping and what isn't
  • Relationships with the client and with the subject matter expert
  • The final call on accessibility, accuracy and inclusion
  • Accountability for the outcome, not just the output
Behind the work

Built on twenty years of doing this

eLearning She was founded in 2018 by Sabrina Martorelli, a computer scientist by training (National University of La Plata) and an educational technology researcher by background (III‑LIDI Institute, La Plata).

The company puts together two threads — twenty years of implementing learning platforms (eleven of them in the United Kingdom), and a deep familiarity with generative AI from the first wave of usable tools onwards — into a delivery model that's faster, smaller and more accountable than the agencies that came before.

Six AI agents that handle the production — so the humans can hold the judgement

Every member below is an AI agent. They draft, translate, narrate, test, analyse and build at content speed — and a human signs off everything that reaches a learner. This is the “machines handle” side of how we work, given names and faces.

AI agent Max — AI agent, Content & Storyboard

Max

Content & Storyboard

“I turn the brief into a first draft, so the design starts sooner.”

Turns a rough brief into storyboards, scripts and microlearning outlines at speed — always a starting point a human shapes, never the final word.

AI agent Dex — AI agent, Data & Learning Analytics

Dex

Data & Learning Analytics

“I show you who’s at risk before the term does.”

Turns raw activity into clear narratives and spots anomalies in completion and engagement before they become attrition. Keeps the data honest.

AI agent Vera — AI agent, Translation & Localisation

Vera

Translation & Localisation

“The same lesson, just as clear.”

Handles translation and cultural adaptation, obsessive about fidelity — she’ll flag a phrase that won’t carry across cultures rather than let it slip through wrong.

AI agent Aria — AI agent, Accessibility & QA

Aria

Accessibility & QA

“Nothing reaches a learner until every learner can use it.”

Runs every module through accessibility checks, link validation and broken-content scans, then hands a clean WCAG report to the human who signs it off.

AI agent Mira — AI agent, Voice-over & Audio

Mira

Voice-over & Audio

“A voice learners want to keep listening to.”

Produces narration and audio — choosing voice, pacing and pronunciation so a module sounds as considered as it reads.

AI agent Atlas — AI agent, Apps, Integrations & Migrations

Atlas

Apps, Integrations & Migrations

“When the platform stops, I build what the learner needs next.”

Builds companion apps, portals and integrations, and runs platform-to-platform migrations with a full audit trail.

How we engage

Three rules we don't break

01

Build it once, well

Whether it's a platform deployment or a content module, we engineer for accessibility, performance and long-term maintainability from day one. Boring is the goal: a platform that works for years without intervention.

02

AI woven through, end to end

Generative and analytical AI is integrated across our workflow — from storyboarding to QA to learner support — and we ship that capability into the platforms we deliver, not just into the way we build them.

03

Operate, don't hand off

When clients want it, we stay on as the team running the platform after launch. That continuity is what stops "go-live" from being the day the experience starts deteriorating.
